Our History
Founded in 2014 in Leander, TX, our organization began with a mission to support neurodivergent individuals through personalized guidance and advocacy. Over the years, we've worked with thousands of clients around the world, continuously evolving our approach to better meet their needs. Today, we've rebranded as Ideal Minds, a name that reflects our commitment to helping each individual build confidence, direction, and a life aligned with their unique strengths.

Andrew Pickens Calhoun
CFO & OPERATIONS
Pickens is the Co-Founder and CFO of Ideal Minds, where he helps run business operations, manage financial strategy, and support the company's growth. He also works directly with clients through one-on-one coaching and helps lead youth programs, supporting young adults in building confidence, direction, and independence.
